4 boneless chicken breast halves
12 asparagus spears
4 Provolone slices
1 tbsp lemon zest
salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Cut chicken breasts in half length-wise, leaving it intact on one side, creating a pocket to stuff. Salt and pepper inside and add a pinch of zest. Lay piece of cheese and 3 asparagus stalks in each and fold over. Secure with a toothpick if you would like. Season outside of breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

Heat a large oven safe skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and brown breast on each side 3-5 minutes per side. Cover pan with tin foil. Transfer to the oven and bake 15 minutes. You will get a great juicy chicken breast.
