8 C shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (thawed)
1 ½ lbs Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage (cooked, crumbled, and drained)
9 Eggs (lightly beaten)
1 ½ tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 ½ C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 C Milk
Green Onion (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes prior to baking. Bake 1 hour at 350º or until knife inserted near middle comes out clean.
