8 oz. carrots cut in 1 in. pieces
3 whole cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil divided
1 can chickp
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp.each- cumin,ginger,salt,
1/4 tsp each pepper, cinnamon, coriander, cayenne, and allspice
1/8 tsp grnd. cloves

Heat oven 425
Carrots, garlic and 2 tbsp olive oil on lined baking sheet for 18-20 min.cover with foil.
Toss midway. When carrots are tender, cool.
Toss in food processor every thing except oil. Process and slowly drizzle the oil whilw motor is running. Whirl til smooth.
