1 dozen eggs
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 c. butter - melted
optional - 1 lb ground pork sausage

Directions:

Mix ingredients and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes until top is light brown.
