Per pail 5 gal

3 375g molasses
3 1kg brown sugar
2 tablespoons yeast



Alternate
3 small molasses prime ingredient
4 brown sugar

Brown sugar in hot water to start
After bubbles stop...distill


Dark rum,1 cup brown sugar melted and caramelized poured into large jar....
4 cloves 4 peppercorns
3-4 days sit and decant
(Lighter 1/4 cup and two days june 2018 2 peppercorns and 2 cloves seems to be the preferred mix so far)
