Sushi grade tuna for four
Aioli:
I large Haas avocado
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. wasabi powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. tamari
1 pinch sugar

Tuna Marinade:
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
1/8 c. each teriyaki and soy sauce
Sesame oil to taste
1/2 T. wasabi
1 T. grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the tuna for 2-6 hours. Remove and place on a very hot grill. Grill 2-3 minutes on each side. Slice 3/8 " across the grain. Plate and serve with aioli.
