2 cup butter
2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
2 egg
4 tsp baking powder
6 cups all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter and sugar till smooth and beat in egg and extracts. In a separate bowl mix bking pwdr and flour. Then add a little at a time to wet ingred. Beat well. Do not chill the dough and if you do let it return to room temp before rolling. Roll on a floured surface to about 1/4" Cook for about 10 min. If you wait till edges start to brown they are crisper.
