5 lb. chicken breast
2 qt. water
parsely sprigs
1 lg. onion, quartered
1 t. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes


Dressing:

1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
1 c mayo
1 T white vinegar
1 1/2 t. celery seed
2 T sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
dash paprika

Blend well and refrigerate till ready to use.

1/2 cup sour cream
1 T honey

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot bring water and seasonings to a boil; add chicken, lower heat and simmer 40 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool, shred, and refrigerate.

Toss shredded chicken with one cup of dressing and let stand at least 1 hour to marinate.

Combine remaining dressing with:

1/2 cup sour cream
1 T. honey

Add to chicken and mix well.
