2/3 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
sea salt
1/3 cup flour
1 scant TBS melted butter

To Serve
4 tsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 Tbs maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cheese and egg and season (oversalt) with salt.
2. Add the flour and mix well with a fork
3. Flour your work surface and knead the dough for about 1 minute. Shape dough into a sausage with the palms of your hands. Start from the middle and stretch outward like making gnocchi. Finally, cut into 25 pillowy dumplings.
4. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Have a large bowl with melted butter ready. Pop the dumplings into the pan of boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 2 minutes. Drain well, add to the melted butter and serve with the sour cream and maple syrup.
