Cream together:
½ C. softened butter
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar

Add and mix:
1 tsp. baking soda
½ salt
½ tsp. ground clove
¾ tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. Milnot (milk will work as a substitute)
2½ C. all-purpose flour

Fold in:
3 finely chopped apples (I like to use Granny Smith)
1 C. chopped pecans
½ C. raisens (optional)

Topping:

Mix until crumbled texture:
⅔ C. brown sugar
⅓ C. softened butter
½ C. nuts
½ C. coconut

Sprinkle evenly on top of unbaked cake batter.

Bake in a preheated 350º F. oven for about 45 minutes. Cool and enjoy!

Make this delicious dessert anytime for your family and friends to enjoy. It seems to be especially appropriate in the Fall Season, when the leaves are falling and the pumpkins are plump and ready for carving!

Oh, I almost forgot...a dollop of Cool Whip on top before serving does not do any harm!
