1 lb sausage
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 cups chicken stock
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cans corn
1 tbsp parsley
salt and pepper
2 cups milk (or evaporated milk, half and half, or heavy cream for desired richness)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 8 to 10 minutes. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, corn, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until potatoes are soft, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in cream and heat thoroughly but do not boil.
