2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
dash of salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, milk, and a dash of salt in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Beat until gloss is gone. Will be quite stiff when cooled so frost cake quickly. Delicious on chocolate cake, spice cake, or carrot cake. Can be poured into cupcake liners and will be a creamy caramel fudge when cooled.
