½ cup of quinoa
1 med carrot
4 green onions
½ stick of celery
1 - 15 oz can white beans
⅓ cup dried bread crumbs
1 lg egg (or 1 flax egg)
2 tsp of cumin
1 Tlb braggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Rince the quinoa well and add to 1 cup of boiling water. Turn down to simmer with lid on and cook till light and fluffy. Finley grate the carrot and finley chop the green onions and celery. Mash the beans till just a bit chunky. Add the carrots, onions, celery, spices and finially quinoa. Put in fridge at least 15 minutes to firm up. Form into pattys. ( I use the 1/2 cup measure to get uniform size) Now you can separate with sheets of wax paper and freeze or cook 8 to 10 minutes

Hint A flax egg is 1 Tlb ground raw flax seed and
2 1/2 Tlb of water. let sit for 5 minutes and use as an egg
