1 cup cooked wild rice
6 beaten eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cups ham or bacon bits or sausage
[or you can make without any meat]
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten eggs,soup and cheese. Add wild rice and minced onion. Add meat,salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into quiche dish or 9-10 inch pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 34-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Can be prepared the night before and baked the next morning.
The guests love it!!!
