1 egg
1/2 c mozzerella cheese shredded
1 grn onion chopped
2 T flour
1 pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 tbl water
1/4 c parm
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 sheet Pepperridge farm puff pastry thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400 Mix egg and water together set aside
stir mozz parm onion and garlic in bowl
Sprinkle flour on work surface. unfold pastry. Brush pastry with egg mixture. Top with cheese mixture and with spinach. Start at short side and roll up. cut into 20 slices 1/2 in thick.
Place on cookie sheet and brush with more egg mixture.
bake 15 mins or until golden brown.
