2 cans crescent rolls
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
i packet taco seasoning mix
I pound ground beef cooked (optional)
Shredded lettuce
1 or 2 tomatoes, chopped and seeded
1 small can sliced black olives
Chopped green onion (optional)
8 oz shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese

To make crust, spread the cresent rolls in a 10 X 15 jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with oil, sealing all seams. (I like to use 1 tube of rolls on a 9X13 baking pan with a rim and use half of the toppings) Bake until golden following diretions on package.
Let cool.
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and toco seasoning with a mixer until creamy and spread on the crust..(I like to mix the taco seasoning into cooked ground beef to layer over the cream cheese mixture)
Top with lettuce, tomato, onions, olives and cheese.
Refrigerate to blend flavors.
Cut into appetizer size pieces.
