Ingredients:  
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup White Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Fresh Fruit

Topping
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup softened Butter
1/4 cup coconut (optional)
In a bowel combine Flour, Sugar and Butter to make a crumb topping.

Directions:
Directions:
1- Preheat Oven 350º Grease 9" square pan.
2- Beat 1/4 cup Butter until creamy
3- Add 3/4 cup Sugar & Egg beat fill fluffy
4- In a separate bowel mix 1 ½ cup Flour, 2 tsp Baking Powder & 1 tsp Salt.
5- Stir Flour mixture along with 1/2 cup Milk into batter mixture.
6- Pour into prepared pan and arrange Fresh Fruit on top.
7- Pour Topping Mixture over Fruit and bake for about 35 min or until toothpick
inserted in middle comes out clean.
