In medium bowl, beat cheese until light & fluffy. Add sweeteneed condensed milk; blend thoroughly,. Stir in Real Lemon and vanilla,. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate left overs.
