1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 16oz. container cottage cheese
lasagna noodles
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions, drain. Mix together garlic powder, Italian seasoning, tomato soup, water, vinegar, and cottage cheese. Add to hamburger. In a greased 9x13 pan, place thin layer of hamburger sauce. Place single layer of UNCOOKED lasagna noodles over sauce. Top with ⅓ of remaining sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Repeat with 2 more layers. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
