2½ tsp melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cups rolled oats
1⅓ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
⅛ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the melted butter, sugar, egg yolks, rolled oats, baking powder and vanilla and beat well.
Whip egg whites and salt until stiff.
Fold into other ingredients.
Drop from spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375ºF for 10 minutes.
