Ingredients:
6-8 hot dogs, sliced
1 tablespoon of butter
olive oil
3- bacon strips, cut into medallions
1 medium onion, sliced
1 - 28 oz Bush's Best Steakhouse pork & beans
1 can diced potatoes, reserve liquid (into 1 cup measure)
Liquid smoke
2 bay leaves
water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut hot dogs into bite size disc pieces. Over medium high heat, melt butter in sauté pan and add hot dog pieces browning the cut sides. Remove from pan.

Place onion into same pan, sprinkle with olive oil and salt to sweat onions. Also add bacon pieces in the sauté pan. Allow bacon grease to help brown the onion and cook the bacon. When onion appears to be browning, add the potatoes, keeping the liquid aside for later use. Allow potatoes to warm up. Pour baked beans into pan, add 3 shakes of liquid smoke and mix all ingredients together.

Return hot dogs to mixture. Pour potato liquid reserve into a 1-cup measure, finishing with water. Stir mixture again. Add the 2 bay leaves. Bring back to boil, on high heat, lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
