1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
1 package (about 15 oz.) white or yellow cake mix
3 eggs
½ C. vegetable or canola oil
¼ t. ground cinnamon
¼ t. ground ginger
½ C. chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 9 X 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place apple pie filling in large bowl; cut apple slices into chunks with paring kinife or scizzors. Add cake mix, eggs, oil and spices; beat 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Spread batter in prepared pan; sprinkly with pecans.
3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes before serving.

Perfect dessert for a crispy cold Autumn evening. If you can enjoy while putting your feet up in front of a roaring fire, all the better! Actually, this is great any day of the year!!! It's even better with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream with a little carmel sauce.
