WIMPY BURGERS

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or ground chuck
2 tbsp diced onion
c water chestnuts finely chopped
8 oz canned bean sprouts drained and finely chopped
1 envelope Lipton beef onion soup
2 pkgs Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Add next 3 ingredients and saute for about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Unwrap a package of crescent rolls and separate as package directs, cutting each section in half (important). Place 1 teaspoonful or so of meat mixture on each triangle, fold over and seal edges (I have the best luck when I pull the dough together and form a ball)

Bake at 375 for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
