1 head of white cabbage
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup cooked rice

Boil the head of cabbage.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
Once the cabbage is cool start separating the leaves.
Place filling on the leaf, tuck in the ends and then roll.
Pour a can of crushed tomatoes on the bottom of a casserole.
Place the pigs in a blanket in the casserole and pour crushed tomatoes over the top.
Grate some pecorino romano over the top.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
