Ingredients:  
5 lbs red potatoes cooked
1 diced onion
2 tablespoons picklelily relish
cup white vinegar
pound of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and peel them after they cool.
Cube the potatoes.
Dice the onion.
Boil the vinegar and sugar for a minute or two.
Cook the bacon, cool and dice.
Add it to the vinegar mixture and pour over the potatoes.
Season with black pepper.
