1 lb ground beef
1 lb sweet Italian sausage
1/2 t garlic powder
2 t salt
1 t ground black pepper
1 C bread crumbs
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 C whole milk
1/2 C chopped parsley

3/4 inch cubes of low-moisture mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella in a mixing bowl. Roll meat mixture into golf ball size. Squish mozzarella cubes into the center of each meatball and pull edges around to seal. Re-roll into a golf ball. arrange meatballs in a slow cooker and cover with marinara sauce (I recommend Cortazzo). Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hr. Serve over pasta or in rolls.
