1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix
2 pounds all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
⅓ cup olive or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
2. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan; discard bag.
3. Bake, stirring occassionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
4. Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.

These seem too simple to be delicious. Try them....they are good!
TIP: Try using red skinned potatoes and adding garlic and herbs.
