3 eggs
3 C. peeled grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
2 C. sugar
1 C. oil
3 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
tsp. baking powder
1 C. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. raisins.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, zucchini, vanilla, sugar and oil.
Combine flour, salt baking powder and soda, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.
Add zucchini mix, combine well.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for an hour.
