1 pkg. stove top mix for chicken
1 1/2 c hot water
40 fresh mushrooms
2 T butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 pkg 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained.
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems saving them for stuffing. Place mushrooms on a cooking sheet. Mix up stuffing. Melt butter in skillet saute chopped mushrooms stems and garlic until tender.. Mix stuffing, stems spinach and cheese together and stuff the mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
