1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained, save juice
2 cans mandrain oranges drained, save juice
2 - 3oz. packages orange or cherry jello

Topping:
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoon flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup fruit juice, I use orange (like my grandmother did)
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make jello according to box recipe, using the fruit juice in place of cold water.
Then add to jello the cans of drained fruit. Chill till firm.

Make jello first. While it is chilling, make topping.
Melt butter, then add flour until smooth.
Beat egg, sugar and juice with fork or whisk, add to flour and stir to thicken over medium heat.
Cool topping in pan
Whip 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in blender until desired consistency.
Add to Cooled topping! Mix well and spread on top of jello.
Enjoy
