1/4 cup Frank's Redhot Sauce
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
Chinese Chili Sauce or Frank's Extra Hot Sauce (optional)
ketchup (optional)
brown sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together Redhot sauce, oil, butter, vinegar and garlic in small bowl.

Pour sauce into skillet over medium heat, allowing butter to melt and all ingredients to blend.

Add chicken wings and toss until all wings covered.

Simmer over medium heat, tossing periodically, until the wings have completely absorbed the sauce.

I usually use more than 1/4 tsp of mince garlic.

For a hotter sauce: add Chinese Siracha Hot Chili sauce or Frank's Extra Hot Sauce to taste.

For milder sauce: add ketchup to taste.

For milder, glazed sauce: once wings are coated with sauce, sprinkle with brown sugar and toss until wings glazed and sweeter to taste.
