1 can (6½ oz.) water packed tuna, drained
2 medium stalks celery, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 T. instant minced onion
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
¼ C. reduced fat salad dressing
margarine
½ C, American Cheese diced
6 slices American Cheese
6 slices of whole wheat bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix tuna, cubed cheese, onion, salt, pepper and salad dressing.
2. Spread bread with margarine. Spread tuna mixture onto each slice.
3. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, tuna side up.
4. Cook in 350º oven until hot, about 15 minutes.
5. Place a slice of cheese on each; continue to cook 5 more minutes until melted.
