Ingredients:  
½ cup uncooked rice
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon minced onion
½ teaspoon salt
1½ to 2 cups diced tomatoes (canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes. Shape into balls. Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour tomatoes over all. Bake uncovered at 350ºF for one hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
