3- to 4-ounce U.S. farm raised catfish fillets, cut into 2-inch strips
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning or other spice blend
Zatarain's Seasoned Fish-Fri
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle fish strips with seasoning. Coat strips in Fish-Fri. Deep fry in 350ºF peanut oil for 7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
