2 c drained flaked salmon (1 lb - 16 oz can)
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp grated onion
few grains pepper
1/2 c skim milk powder
1/2 c fine cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well in a bowl, the salmon, catsup, onion, pepper and milk powder. With wet hands shape mixture into eight croquettes or patties. Roll, one at a time in cracker crumbs. Melt shortening in frying pan, then arrange patties in pan and brown on both sides. Serve hot with sauce.
