1 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. Siracha sauce
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add maple syrup, cinnamon and siracha to a pot and stir together.
2. Heat mixture on medium high heat until it reaches hard crack stage (300º-310º), stirring constantly. Adding the pecans just about 275º.
3. Dump mixture onto a non-stick surface to cool. Break apart and enjoy.
