Ingredients:
1 Box of cornbread stuffing cubes
1 lb. loose sausage
2 Granny Smith's baking apples (skinned and chunked)
1 stick of butter
1¾ c. of chicken broth
¼ c. orange juice
¼ of an onion finely chopped
1 c. Craisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º; pour cornbread stuffing into large bowl or pot. Pour in chicken broth and orange juice - mix well into cubes. Add diced apples (I like them kinda chunky because they give you a sweet bite with the spicy sausage), diced onions and Craisins. Sauté your loose sausage on the stove over a medium heat until no longer pink, add to bowl. When everything is in there mix gently until integrated but don't overmix as it will break down the cubes. Grease a 9" x 13" pan and empty bowl into it and cover with tin foil. Bake in oven for 40 minutes and then remove the tinfoil. Bake for 15 minutes more to crisp the top.
