3-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 8oz package Cream Cheese
4 oz green chilis (chopped)
1 c. monterey jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. cumin
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375º. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper until combined. Then stir in the green chilis and stir until evenly mixed. Lay chicken breasts flat in a baking dish. Cover the chicken breasts with the green chili mixture. Then top with the Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve hot over rice, green, tortillas or mashed potatoes.
