2-1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup molasses
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Beat eggs, molasses and oil in large mixing bowl. Alternate dry ingredients with other ingredients. Start with flour, allspice, cinnamon first then start adding milk.

Preheat oven to 350º, Bake in 9 x 9 pan 30 minutes or until golden brown. Grease pan bottom and sides with shortening, sprinkle with flour. Cool in pan 20 minutes.

Mix with mixer.

Have ingredients at room temperature.

Can cook in bunt pan.
