1 - Quart of Half & Half
1/2 - Cup of Butter
1 - Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
6 - Cups of Chicken Broth
6 - Large Potatoes (Cut-up)
1 - Pound of Bacon (Cooked and Diced)
1/2 - Cup of Diced Green Onions
Garlic Powder to Taste
Salt to Taste
Pepper to taste

1. In a Crock-Pot, combine the chicken broth, butter, cream of chicken soup, potatoes, bacon and green onions and cook on high for at least three hours.
2. 30 Minutes before you are ready to serve, pour the half & half into the soup and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Continue to warm the soup until you are ready serve.
