5 lg. Cucumbers- sliced
10½ oz. Cherry Tomatoes- halved
1 med. Red Onion- sliced
3/4 C. Sugar
1/2 C. White Vinegar
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion in a glass or plastic container.

In a glass jar, add remaining ingredients. Screw on lid and shake well until sugar and salt are dissolved.

Pour wet mixture over vegetables and stir to coat well.

Seal container with lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour. The longer the better!
