2 C. Elbow Macaroni- cooked and drained
28 oz. can Tomatoes with liquid- cut up
1/2 tsp. Onion Salt- optional
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 C. Cheddar Cheese- shredded and divided
2 tbsp. Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion salt, pepper and 1 cups Cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
