1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 store bought pie crusts (Pillsbury type)
1 can apple pie filling
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In a iron skillet melt butter. Take out 1 tbsp. of the butter for later. Add brown sugar and heat stirring until it just starts to bubble. Turn off fire and put one of the pie crust into pan letting excess crust come up sides of the pan. Add the can of pie filling and gently spread out over the pie crust. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of cinnamon sugar on top of the pie filling. Put the second crust over the pie filling and crumple over excess crust. Brush top wit the 1 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with second tbsp of cinnamon sugar. Cut vents into the top crust. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
