1 - 2 lbs. Hamburger
4-5 Potatoes- peeled and sliced
4-5 Carrots- peeled and sliced
Minced Onion
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Butter
Water
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Tear 6-7 sheets of aluminum foil 12" long each.

Patty out hamburger and place one on each sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle hamburger with salt and pepper. Add sliced potatoes and sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

Add sliced carrots and minced onion. Place 2 dabs butter on each meal and 1 tablespoon water on each meal.

Seal aluminum foil; fold up and place on baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes.
