1pt whipping cream
1tsp salt

boil peeled potatoes drain and cool.
cut potatoes into small chunk
butter a 9X13 pan
layer potatoes and cheese sprinkling with salt
pour in whipped cream over potatoes
bake at degrees for 1hr uncovered
