Graham Cracker Crust
1 sleeve of graham crackers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Filling
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese at room temperature
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whipping cream

Topping
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Pulse graham crackers till finely ground. Add sugar and melted butter and pulse well. Pat into a 9 inch pie pan and bake @ 350 for 10 minutes till set.

Beat cream cheese until creamy, add peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip the 2 cups of whipping cream separately until stiff peaks form and them fold/mix 1/2 of the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust and top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with mini peanut butter cups and shaved chocolate.
