5-7 lbs. Rolled Chuck Roast or Rump Roast
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 cans Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in Crock-Pot. Add rest of ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours; pulling apart. Serve on French bread with Mozzarella cheese.
