1 (7 3/4 oz) can red or pink salmon drained and flaked
1 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon flavor jelly powder
1 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salmon, minced onion and dill weed and set aside. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Beat in mayonnaise. Pour into shallow pan and freeze 15 to 20 min or until firm about 1" from edge but soft in the centre. Pour into 3 1/2 c ring mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish if desired.
