Ingredients:  
2 1/2 C cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
1 dash of pepper
2 T melted butter
1/4 c small marshmallows

Glaze:
1 T butter melted
1/3 C honey
1 C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sweet potatoes, salt, pepper, and melted butter. Stir in marshmallows. Chill.

2. Shape into balls using 1/4 cup mixture for each.

3. Heat butter and honey in a small heavy skillet.

4. When hot, add balls one at a time. With 2 forks, carefully but quickly roll in glaze, coating well. At once, roll in chopped walnuts.

5. Place balls so they do not touch on a shallow greased, baking dish. drizzle with a little melted butter.

6. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 10 sweet potato balls.
