1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper1 clove garlic, minced
1 2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, quartered (or 4 breasts)

Directions:

Combine ingredients and por over the chicken. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove and place bone side down on the grill. Grill over medium coals turning and basting every 15 minutes until cooked (50-60 min.)
